Terms of Sale
MINIBOX WARRANTY - The MiniBox is guaranteed for 2 years against defects in materials or workmanship, and will be repaired free during that time. The owner is liable for return postage. The battery is considered an expendable item and is warranted for one year from time of purchase. Tampering or attempting to adjust, modify or reverse engineer the unit will void all warranties.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY – These products are custom built at the time of order. Depending on the workload, building and testing takes 3 to 10 working days. You will be advised at the time of order of the anticipated shipping date. The normal shipping time in the United States will be 2 or 3 business days. Delivery outside of the United States will vary based on the amount of time needed to clear customs.
SHIPPING COST – Each item has a fixed shipping cost included in the sales price. Shipping will be by USPS Priority Mail. Overseas shipping will be extra and quoted at time of order.
SHIPPING CARRIERS – Shipping will be by USPS Priority Mail or USPS Global Priority Mail. The seller is not responsible for any additional import charges or any other extra charges that may occur.
SHIPPING INSURANCE - Shipping insurance is included in the purchase price. Once the items are delivered to the shipping carrier, the seller is no longer responsible for the condition of the product or the delivery time.
TERMS - We accept all major credit cards directly through PayPal. In the US we will also accept a money order, cashiers check, personal check (allow 10 days to clear). Email for information on purchasing by mail.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE –
New Products: If you are not satisfied with your product when you receive it, you can return the entire order or individual items, if multiple items had been purchased. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the products and request a Return Authorization Number. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. I will refund your purchase price for any returned items, minus a 20% restocking fee. No refund will be given if a Return Authorization Number had not been obtained within 7 days of your receipt of the product. After 7 days of your receipt of the products, the sale is considered final, and no refund or exchange of products will then be given.
K-II Modifications: Modified K-II units are not returnable for refund. If your unit is not working properly, it can be exchanged for another unit or returned to it's original condition. In either case, the buyer is responsible for postage both ways and no refunds will be given. If your K-II is not working properly when originally received, you will be advised and given the option of a refund less return shipping, or having a new K-II board installed as a replacement. We do not repair defective K-II boards, but will replace them with new ones for a fee.
NOTE - K-II conversions are not returnable. The device will be thoroughly tested here, both before the conversion, and again afterwords, before being returned to you. Since the original device (the K-II) is not manufactured by us, we cannot provide any warranty on it.
