The MiniBox II 

The MiniBox II has been withdrawn from sale due to problems with several critical parts that have become difficult to obtain. Alternate vendors have not been able to supply these items reliably and there are no suitable substitutes. It is my policy to be able to support any product I create for a long period of time, but the unavailability of quality parts has made this impossible.

For that reason I have withdrawn this product from the market and will not be selling it any more. Those who have purchased this unit will be given the opportunity to exchange it at no charge for a MiniBox Classic. I will always stand behind my products and if it is not reliable or cannot be produced properly then I will not sell it.

I apologize to those who have wanted a MiniBox II. While I wanted to be able to produce a unit at a cheaper price, I have found that it is impossible to do and still maintain the quality and performance at a high level.

If you have purchased a MiniBox II and are displeased with it in any way, return the complete unit to me and I will replace it with a MiniBox Classic at no charge. Pending orders will receive a new MiniBox Classic, which sells for $399, at no additional charge.
